Excellent quality product - a case that protects the phone really well (I’ve had the case over 6 months and put the case to test a few times) and is not bulky. Very quick delivery. Great customer service. A great small uk business.

Really happy with my purchase! I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max case in orange, and it's genuinely the real deal — exactly as advertised, no doubts about authenticity. The fit is perfect and the quality feels premium. I also ordered the steel strap for my Apple Watch Ultra, but honestly wasn't impressed with it once it arrived. I reached out about returning it, and their customer service went above and beyond — they offered me a 30% discount to keep it, and when I still wanted to return it, they let me do so without even needing to ship the strap back. Genuinely surprised by how easy and hassle-free they made the whole process. Great experience overall, and their customer service really stood out. Would order from them again.

I wasn’t sure about Case Monkey as I hadn’t heard of them or used them before but I needed a new phone case and there were none in stock on the Apple Store. So I got one from Case Monkey it was cheaper as well. Customer service was good too as I accidentally ordered the wrong case and had to return it but they were very efficient and sent me the correct case straight away. I did have to pay return postage but that was fair enough as it was my fault for ordering the wrong one. I am happy with my purchase and would use them again.

Customer service is exemplary. Our little issue was solved, at a very high speed with little or no fuss to ourselves. The case and lanyard was delivered in record time. A large selection of products at eye-catching / practical colours. I would not hesitate to give positive feedback and recommend Case Monkey to family, friends or those who would benefit from these products - keeping the mobile phone at hand and full protection.

I bought a cross body lanyard phone from case monkey just over a year ago and recommended the company to friends as they were so nice to deal with. One of the attachments failed and I contacted the company to see if they had a replacement part. They sent me a new case without any quibble. They are FANTASTIC -a family based uk firm HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Phone case and screen protector arrived promptly and well wrapped. The case is very sturdy and offers good protection for the phone. Their prices appear to be quite competitive and I cannot fault their service. Would use Case Monkey again and have no reservations about recommending them.

Hi ordered my samsung s25 ultra case & received it with in a week. Im very happy with the quality & the snug fit. Will use them again & will recommend them to my friends. Thanks Gavin.

Fantastic case, sturdy and well made, fast delivery and they emailed me every step of the way. Will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend given them a go.

The team members at Case Monkey, that I had dealings with when I ordered an item recently, were - without exception - polite, helpful and prompt with their responses. The first item sent proved not to be suitable, unfortunately - no ones fault - but they persisted with communication until they were able to send one that worked for me. Case Monkey is an excellent company to deal with. Highly recommend recommended.

Was looking for a replacement case after my long standing one broke. CaseMonkey were the clear 1st choice when looking. The quality is too notch and I can’t speak high enough about their customer service! One of the rare great companies these days

What I ordered was exactly what I received and fairly quickly. Great colour great fit really well made and robust. The mag safe case works like a dream. Really happy ☺️. Although phone does get hot whilst charging but not sure whether this is normal or not. Overall a great product, thanks

Excellent customer service who resolved our issue with minimal fuss and in lightning-quick time. I have no issue(s) in recommending this company for its service, prices and quality of products. The included lanyard keeps the mobile in easy reach, while the case holds the phone perfectly for both use and storage as well as having good shock-absorbing edges to protect against any knocks. Great product.

The quality of the product is great, amazing value and the item arrived quickly
