More than just a case, it's a family affair

We started Case Monkey in March 2020 from our kitchen in Buckinghamshire. Six years on, we've delivered over 70,000 cases across the UK. We still pack many orders ourselves, with help from our three kids.

OUR ROOTS

We're not just another e-commerce store

Case Monkey was born during lockdown. We're a husband-and-wife team with three young children, and we were tired of paying £49 for an Apple-branded case that didn't feel any different from a £15 one. We figured there had to be a better way. High-quality cases that look and feel premium, without the Apple price tag. What started as a side project in our spare room has become a proper UK family business. We still test every new case ourselves before we list it. We still answer customer emails personally. And our kids still help out at the kitchen table during busy periods.

Every order matters to us. We dispatch from our UK warehouse, usually next-day if you order before 2pm. We aim to reply to every customer email within hours, not days. And if something's not right, we'll make it right. No scripted runaround. We're not a faceless dropshipper. We're a small family business that treats every order like it's going to a friend.

Our journey continues...

We've come a long way since that first order in 2020, but we're not done. We're expanding our Samsung range, refining our product photography, building a help centre to make answers easier to find, and continuing to source the cases our customers actually want. What won't change. We'll always be UK-based, always answer the phone ourselves, and always treat our customers like family. Join us on the journey.
