Everything you need to know about getting your case to you and back to us if needed.
UK delivery
We ship every order from our UK warehouse, usually within 24 hours of you placing it. Every parcel is fully tracked with Royal Mail, and you'll get tracking sent to your email as soon as we dispatch.

A small number of products ship from our European warehouse. If your order falls into this group, you'll see the longer delivery estimate at checkout. We always show this before you buy, so there are no surprises.
We're not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers, though these are rare.
Tracking your order
Once we dispatch, you'll get an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can also find it in your account on our website if you're signed in. If 5 working days have passed and your order hasn't arrived, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unwanted item for a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible, your item should be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In its original packaging
- In re-saleable condition — you're welcome to open the packaging and check your case, but please don't use it beyond that. We may reduce a refund if an item comes back showing use beyond what's needed to check it.
Refunds
For a refund, we'll provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label and deduct £3.45 from your refund to cover return postage. You'll be refunded the price of your item(s), less the £3.45, to your original payment method — usually within 2 working days of us receiving your return (please allow 3 to 5 days for it to show in your account).
Exchanges
Prefer to swap your case — a different model, colour or style? You arrange the return postage yourself (we recommend a tracked service), and we'll dispatch your replacement free of charge, arriving within 1 to 3 working days. There's no exchange fee from us.
Damaged or faulty items
If your case arrives damaged or faulty, you're entitled to a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return postage — you won't be out of pocket. Just get in touch as soon as you can with a quick photo and we'll put it right. This is in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
How to return
To start a return, visit our Help Centre — we'll confirm the return address and exactly what to do. In some cases we'll be able to resolve your return without you needing to post anything back; if so, we'll let you know as soon as you start your return.
