When will my order be delivered?
On each product page you will see an estimated time for your order to be delivered, delivery times depend on the availability of the product.
70% of our products are stored in our warehouse in the UK and can be sent and delivered within a few days, other products are sent directly from our distributors across Europe and Asia and take around 7-12 days to be delivered.
If the product you are ordering is one we hold in stock, it'll be sent via 1st Class Post and delivered within 3-4 days. You will be notified when your order is sent via email but not tracking is available.
If the product is one which is sent from one of our distributors, you will be notified once sent and you will be provided with a tracking number which you can use to track your order during its journey.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
You can cancel or edit your order anytime up to despatch of your order. Once your order has been despatched we are no longer able to cancel or edit your order.
What if I have ordered the wrong size case for my phone?
If you have realised that you have ordered the wrong size case (it happens) then you can contact us to edit your order before it has been despatched. If your order is on it's way or you have received delivery and then realise, you can simply visit our returns portal to organise a replacement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UK credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as modern methods of payment such as ApplePay and GooglePay. We also accept Paypal as a method of payment.
